Many strip malls have unique sign criteria. This is especially true in smaller towns where they want to keep a certain look and charm in the community. Here is a project we recently completed for a client in the peninsula that required custom wooden signs to meet the property’s master site plan. The tenants were allowed two signs. One as the main entry or building sign. And another as a hanging sign for visibility along the walkway. These signs were also permitted through the city.
