We have many older apartment complexes in the Bay Area. Most at some point embark on major overhauls to improve the property and attract new tenants. Part of these improvements include new signage. Here is an example a project we recently completed for such a complex. The scope of work included a whole new design and color scheme for the signage that had to fall within a very specific price.
