Getting city permits for certain sign projects becomes very complex. This is because different lots or blocks get re-zoned which could also affect their public right of way and set backs etc. Here is a project we recently completed for a Pet Clinic in downtown San Jose. This project posed a few challenges relative to the monument sign as we had to work with the city staff to come up with the appropriate placement of the sign in order to meet the strict zoning guidelines. The scope of work involved two wall mounted signs and an illuminated monument signs. The project was finally fully permitted, fabricated, and installed with great results. Please see some completion photos below. #petclinic #pethospital #unipet
