In commercial sites or strip malls, there are generally multiple tenants. So when it comes to ground signs, the design must include most if not all tenant names. Here is a recent project we completed for a strip mall in the east bay. After creating and submitting a master sign plan to the city, we designed, fabricated, and installed the monument sign per the approved plans.
