Commercial tenants move in and out of business complexes regularly. This means that the property signage needs to be updated to reflect the new tenant names. Monument signs for multi-tenant complexes are usually designed to accommodate new business names easily. Some more than others. Here is an example of a monument sign we recently refurbished for a property management company in the South Bay. We fabricated new tenant panels.
