Having a corner lot is ideal for many businesses. The visibility they get could be very beneficial to the bottom-line. Of course just having a corner lot does not mean visibility. The business also needs have proper signage to tell people who they are and what they do. Here is a recent project we completed for Ameriprise in the south bay which also included city permit work. They needed to create more visibility especially being at a corner of two major streets. This internally illuminated LED monument was aesthetically appropriate for the business but also very functional at the same time to achieve their goal. #ameriprise #ameriprisesign #monumentsign
