One of the materials we use for sign making is dense foam. There are several variations suitable for long term exterior and interior use. Foam will be more cost-effective based on the thickness used. The material is light-weight and lasts for many years. Equivalent lettering with other materials such as aluminum or acrylic will be more expensive.
