Changing sign faces especially on pole signs is more than just creating the signs based on the new logos or company name. It also requires knowing the precise sizes of the faces being replaced as well as access to the pole(s) themselves. So typically a site survey is required to determine all aspects of the project before the sign are fabricated. Here is a recent project we completed for Amelia Reid aviation that required updating a tall double sided pole sign with new faces. A boom lift was also required for this project.
