We have not talked about plaques recently. Professionally made brass or bronze plaques are a symbol of strength and power. They are generally intended to last a life time. Plaques are produced through specialized fabrication processes (oxidizing) to create the right contrasts and can have different finishes such as leatherette with polished or matte finishes. They tend to be heavier than other signs and are typically blind-mounted (cannot see mounting screws etc.).
