We’ve talked about companies changing names due to mergers and acquisitions before. But occasionally business parks change names too. Instead of replacing the property’s monument signs completely due to the new name or logo, the owners may choose to simply refurbish or update the existing ones (if feasible). Case and point; Menlo Park Labs. Working with their property management company, we surveyed the monument and offered a couple of solutions. We used brushed aluminum paneling as the basis for the new logo and name. This was a low cost solution as the company decides on future options.
