Some signs require a bit more background work than others. When designing and fabricating a sign, we need to make sure that the platform it goes on can withstand the weight and also the wind load in appropriate conditions. So for that reason, we go through a structural engineering process. Here is an example of a sign project we recently completed for a local client. The scope involved halo lit LED channel letters on a panel installed on a canopy and an illuminated logo blade sign. The canopy had to be re-enforced by the GC to ensure that it meets the engineering requirements for weight and wind load. Here are some completion photos. #billscafe #channelletters #bladesign
