A sign of a successful business is when they continue to open new locations. Take the case of Bill’s Café. A popular breakfast restaurant in the south bay and now on the east bay. This most recent project involved two building signs allowed by the city of Fremont and updates to an existing pole sign. All the new signs had to be adapted to the existing building’s infrastructure and the pole to be within the property and city code allowances.
