You can’t have a retail store without a proper sign. Most retail complexes have their own sign program or sign criteria. This means that the tenants must adhere to the guidelines provided in the sign program in addition to meeting the city’s sign code. Here is a recent sign project we completed for Supercuts in a retail strip mall in the South Bay. The sign met both the property’s sign criteria and was also permitted through the city.
