Multi-tenant strip malls or business complexes generally require that tenants share the same primary monument sign for their business name. These monument signs may have as little as one to multiple tenant names based on the property size. Here is a recent project we completed for a wellness business that had two monument signs. Each with a custom design. After developing the logo, custom size translucent polycarbonate faces had to be produced and installed.
