Sand-blasted signs have been around for many years. They are very durable and can accommodate many applications and color schemes. They can be single-sided or double-sided. Thickness can also be adjusted to meet specific applications. The base material is typically HDU (High-density urethane) or Redwood. The process starts with an electronic art file with proper dimensions and colors. That art file is adjusted and used for the blasting process.
