Multitenant residential properties strive to create a unique look and feel for their tenants or owners. A look that fits the particular theme for that property. Some may go for a more modern look where as others may choose a more traditional or even a nature-centric look. Take the case of Timer Cove. We started a discussion on their main property sign several months ago. We had to create a look that existed many years ago. The old signage had been removed. There were no specifications or drawings to work from. We has to start with a faint graphic from a business card and recreated a new three dimensional sign. Due to the specific look and design, we used high density urethane to create a natural look of redwood timber. Below are some of the completion photos for the project.
