Doing any type of construction work inside of a major mall requires several steps and documentation. So it is not for all contractors. We work with many national chains that have stores at various malls around the Bay Area. Besides being properly licensed and bonded as a contractor, you must also have substantial insurance coverage to be allowed in to perform any work. Signs Unlimited is a key partner to these national companies with the right credentials to accomplish the job . We recently completed an install for American Apparel which is a national brand at a Westfield mall. This work had to be done after hours. Please see some completion photos below.
